Hi friends,
I got a question from a reader this morning:
“How do I know if I’ve got the right concept?”
Unfortunately, there are no fireworks or marching bands to signal your arrival.
But there are signs:
- Your show is built around a unique insight or innovation related to your niche.
- Your show concept can be expressed in a single-sentence pitch that obviously differentiates it from every other show on your topic.
- Your concept incorporates your core IP, such as the frameworks and models you use with your clients.
- Nearly every person you tell about your show immediately (and excitedly) pulls out their phone to subscribe.
- Every episode demonstrates the specific, unique skill or perspective your clients hire you for.
- By listening to any one episode of your show, listeners will know exactly what you do, who you help, what your unique skills and selling proposition are, and how they can work with you… based on the show structure, not an ad.
- 80%+ of your clients reference the show when signing up to work with you.
- 100% of clients who come from the show are perfect-fit dream clients.
- Your clients are already fully bought into your process, and have already self-diagnosed many of their problems (and are hungry for your solutions) when they sign up.
- Your show has a strong moat—meaning that no one else could easily replicate the show.
- Your show is regularly featured in podcast apps, industry publications, and best-of lists.
- You regularly see people recommending your show on social media.
- The show has a large (and obvious) positive ROI on your business, and even the thought of quitting it feels like business suicide.
If you check most of these boxes, you, my friend, have a Killer Concept on your hands.
If not, chances are a few tweaks to your concept could result in a lot more growth, revenue, and fun…
And a lot less frustration.
If you'd like my help whipping your show into shape over the next few weeks, today is the last day to join my new 4-week concept development accelerator.
It's called Craft Your Killer Concept.
Whether you're looking to refine your existing, underperforming show, or develop something brand new...
This program will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating an unignorable show that is easy to grow and organically converts listeners into clients and customers.
We kick things off with our first session tomorrow, where I'll break down the hidden mechanics behind shows that grow and sell (most shows have zero of these) and how you can design them directly into your show's DNA.
If you'd like to join us, enrollment is open until tonight, Tuesday, February 10th at midnight Pacific.
You can sign up at the link below.

Stay Scrappy,
PS. Since developing and refining my own Logic-Based Offer that more than doubled my business, I’ve been helping my clients develop their own Logic-Based Offers around their expertise.
Most often, these are coaches, consultants, advisors, and educators with businesses that are:
Showing promise, getting their clients results… but stuck hovering around the $100k revenue threshold.
Together, we pull apart their offers and their sales process, and then reassemble the pieces so the logic cascades perfectly:
↘️ Business Goals
↘️ Business Model
↘️ Persona
↘️ Promise
↘️ Diagnosis
↘️ Prescription
↘️ Offer
↘️ Deliverables
↘️ Structure
↘️ Sequencing
↘️ Price
↘️ Payment Plans
↘️ Risk Reversal
Just a few results of this work include:
- Tom, a consultant — who built a new, $25,000 offer around work he was already doing for free, sold four of them almost immediately, generating $100,000 in revenue.
- Alice, a book coach — who converted her existing $4,000 offer into a $30,000 offer and signed two perfect-fit clients almost immediately after rebuilding the logic.
- Geoff, a couples therapist — who raised the price of his group program, repackaged it in new sales materials, and ran an Activation Campaign that quickly generated $24,000.
- Philip, a strength training and fitness coach — who ran a low-lift Activation Campaign while juggling a full-time job, a three-episode-per-week podcast, and an active coaching business, and brought in $15,000
- Heidi, a coach for freelance fashion designers — who unlocked more than $20,000 from her first Activation Campaign after restructuring her sales process.
My goal is to add you to the wall of fame of client wins listed above.
And to do so, I’ll be spending lots of time with every member, giving you everything you need to develop, validate, and launch a new Logic-Based Offer that brings in clients and cash.
There are 10 total spots available.
If you’re interested and you meet the criteria above, hit reply with “Offer Logic” and I’ll send over the full program details.
